Fitch Ratings has revised the rating on the New York State Dormitory Authority's (NY) mental health facilities improvement revenue bonds series 2003D-2E and 2003D-2H to 'AA-' from 'A+'.

Fitch Ratings assigns an 'A-' long-term rating to the approximately $102 million California Municipal Finance Authority revenue bonds, Eisenhower Medical Center, series 2010A, and downgrades the long-term ratings on Eisenhower Medical Center's (EMC) outstanding debt to 'A-' from 'A'. The series 2010A bonds will be fixed rate and are expected to price the week of July 26 through negotiated sale.

The fiscal 2009 key median ratios for rated U.S. stand-alone hospitals have shown improvement in operating metrics since 2008, Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today in a report.
