It won't come in the form of a Nintendo Direct, as many had speculated, but rather a preview trailer.
The exact details that will be released in the trailer, the length of the trailer, and even what exactly Nintendo means by a "trailer" is up to speculation. Ooh, it's going to be a late one tonight.
So far little to nothing is known about the console save for its name, which could be a codename for all we know. Even though people have been aware of its existence and impending release for quite some time there is not too much that has been confirmed regarding the Nintendo NX. The company announced it at an investor's meeting last April. Codenamed the Nintendo NX, this hardware has featured myriad rumors surrounding its imminent reveal, but it appears as if the House of Mario will be setting the record straight sooner rather than later.
Apparently, there are about 20 games in development, including Ubisoft's next Beyond Good and Evil. Additionally, all games will be on cartridges.

Apple discontinued its most recent 27-inch Thunderbolt monitor this past June without announcing a replacement. The new-generation OLED display is rumored to be a permanent replacement of the physical function keys.
But he wrote that a strong line-up of gaming titles will help to fuel solid demand at launch. Virtual reality is sort of creeping in on portable gaming consoles and there is a possibility that the NX might also feature a VR upgrade. According to a financial report released during the summer, it will release globally by the end of March 2017.
Nintendo's official Facebook page will have the trailer when it goes up. Aiming to compete with the PS4 Pro, PlayStation VR, and Xbox Project Scorpio will have a similar price tag instead of the the Wii's former discount to rival consoles.
Recently pricing rumors have been making the rounds as well with the NX being placed at $299 for the standard model and $399 for a bundle. It is now unknown what the package includes.
